The transformation two adjacent sites in the heart of Asheville's RAD into public green space, 134 new housing units, approximately 14,000 square feet of commercial space, including artist studios, and retail and restaurant space for Asheville's diverse and growing population. This lively, public facing, neighborhood destination is also committed to walkability, open space, multi-modal transportation, and environmental stewardship. 

Exciting focal points of the 159 Riverside Project are structures currently on the property that aren't being utilized old smokestack. We plan to incorporate this into the project plans.
